2024 System Upgrade

We are very excited to announce NSCCU's upcoming system upgrade; where we will launch a new, enhanced online and mobile banking platform. This comprehensive system update will provide an enhanced member experience with increased security features. Our system upgrade will take place over the weekend from Friday, August 30th, through Monday, September 2, 2024.  We will continue to update this landing page with details of the change and coming enhancements, any system downtime that may effect you and steps you should take prior to the upgrade to ensure a smooth transition.

Please make sure that we have the correct contact information on your account. You can verify/update your phone number, email address and physical address through online banking, or by calling us at 701-858-9300, or 1-800-410-2226.

As Anytime Online will be unavailable from 3:00pm on Friday, August 30th, through 10:00am on Tuesday, September 3rd, please make sure you have completed all necessary transfers and payments and checked your account balances by 3:00pm on Friday. Your debit card will continue to work during the upgrade weekend, but transaction limits may be reduced.  We recommend you have an alternate payment method available, such as cash or a credit card.

Reminder: Please be aware that NSCCU will never ask for personal information via unsolicited text message, email, or phone. If you receive an unsolicited message from someone claiming to be NSCCU and asking for full account numbers, passwords, or other personal information, we advise you not to respond. Hang up and contact NSCCU directly and speak with someone in member service. If you have given out your Visa credit card, Visa debit card, or other information, please contact NSCCU as soon as possible.
