Annual Member Survey Coming Soon
We believe open and honest feedback from members is vital to the growth and success of North Star. We utilize our Annual Member Engagement Survey to collect feedback from members, which we read and carefully analyze in order to apply the findings to our strategic plan. Your feedback helps guide our decision-making process and influence product and convenience enhancements in addition to service and process improvements.
Early September, you will receive an invitation to participate in our annual survey. We encourage, and kindly request, that you take a few minutes to respond and provide your feedback. Let us know where we're doing great, and what you think could improve. Help us to make your Credit Union the best it can be. After all, you own the place!
Here are a few examples of how North Star has integrated your feedback from last year:
- Implemented enhancements to Remote Deposit Capture processing to give you quicker access to your money.
- Launched a new website to make your online experience easier and provide enhanced financial education and resources.
- Launched a rewards Checking account (Star+) with ATM fee refunds and premium dividends, in addition to enhanced security features.
- Made improvements to our fee structure to allow up to $10 overdrawn balance in your payment account without incurring a fee.
Be on the lookout for your opportunity to complete the full Annual Member Survey starting September 4. If we have your email address on file, the invitation with survey link will be sent via email. If we do not have your email, but do have a mobile number, the invitation will be sent via text. To prepare, please make sure we have a valid email address and mobile number on file for you.
