Automatic savings overdraft transfers help protect members in the event that insufficient funds are available in their NSCCU checking account. Online Bill Pay allows members to set up scheduled payments that can be sent to merchants either by check or ACH. Payments will be debited from the member’s account on the day payment is scheduled to be sent, not the day the payment is scheduled to be received by the merchant. CheckMate Overdraft Protection is available to qualified members that have a checking account and have applied for the product. CheckMate is a revolving loan product that bills the member monthly. Limitations, restrictions and fees may apply.
Makes Cent$ Program allows members to contribute to their savings by rounding up their debit card transactions to the next whole dollar. Limitations and restrictions may apply.
Person to Person (P2P) are online self-directed payments to another person’s account outside of NSCCU. Limitations, restrictions and fees may apply.
Privilege Pay is an overdraft protection product offered to eligible members to be used for checks, ACH, bill pay and recurring debit card transactions. You must opt-in for coverage of ATM and on-time debit card transactions. Limitations, restrictions and fees may apply. A fee of $30 may be charged each time an a Privilege Pay transaction is presented for payment, even if the same transaction is presented for payment multiple times or ways.
Privilege Pay available limit will be up to $500. Checking accounts are to be brought to a positive balance within 30 days. NSCCU reserves the discretionary right not to pay any item that would overdraw your account.
Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) allows members to make check deposits using their camera via their mobile phone or iPad. Members must download the NSCCU App, be enrolled in NSCCU online banking and have an eligible, active NSCCU checking account. Checks must be endorsed and include “RDC” with the endorsement. If the check contains an RDC checkbox in the endorsement area, the box must be checked. Foreign checks, traveler’s checks and money orders are not accepted. Deposits made after 3:00 p.m. CT will be credited to the account the next business day. Limitations and restrictions may apply.
