Switching Your Accounts is Easier Than Ever, Just Follow These Simple Steps:

  1. Download and Complete the Switch Kit application and return it to North Star Community Credit Union via any North Star Community Credit Union office, mail or fax to the contact information below.
  2. Download, Print and sign our Account Closing Request letter so we can mail it to your current institution.
  3. Download, Print and sign the Direct Deposit/Payroll Change Request letter so you can begin to receive your pay at North Star Community Credit Union.

Once we receive your application, a personal North Star Community Credit Union representative will follow up with you to walk you through the process until your switch is complete. Please note: the form needs to be accompanied by proof of identification: ie: driver's license, social security card, and/or photo ID.
