As financial service professionals entrusted with sensitive financial information, we respect the privacy of our members and are committed to treating member information responsibly. Our Member Privacy Policy serves as a standard for all NSCCU employees for collection, use, retention, and security of individual member information.

Information We Collect: NSCCU collects non-public personal information about our members from the following sources:
• Information we receive from you on applications and other forms
• Information about your transactions with us
• Information about your transactions with others
• Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency

Information We Disclose:
NSCCU does not disclose, share or sell any nonpublic personal information about our members, or former members, to anyone, except as permitted by North Dakota law.

Confidentiality and Security Your Information:
North Star Community Credit Union is committed to the security of your financial and personal information. Our operational and data processing systems are in a secure environment that protects your account information from being accessed by unauthorized parties. We maintain and grant access to member information only in accordance with our security standards.

At NSCCU, employee access to personally identifiable member information is limited to those with a business reason to know such information. Employees are educated on the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of member information and on these privacy principles.

NSCCU encourages members to never divulge any personal information such as account or card numbers, PIN or SS#'s by e-mail or telephone.
